The presentation, titled Advanced Remote Sensing Technologies for Mapping Mine Sites, will provide an overview of the technology available to measure, track and report surface disturbances and volumetric changes to materials more efficiently than ever before.
The ability to create one comprehensive mapping project through data fusion allows for an accurate picture of the entire mine site that can be used for engineering and planning purposes for mine expansions/closures, as well as monitoring as-builts.
