CS-10000 Digital Camera

With a footprint of 10,320 pixels across by 7,760 pixels along the flight line, the CS-10000 is the perfect aerial digital camera system for high-resolution engineering surveys and detailed mapping applications.

Aerial Survey Aircraft 2015 Cessna T-206H Turbo Station Air

A high performance, single-engine, turbo charged aircraft, modified with an FAA approved camera port for aerial surveys. This aircraft has an extended range tank, which provide for 7.5 hours of operation at cruise speeds before refueling is needed and are operated and maintained under Federal Aviation Regulations Part 91.

Airborne GPS Service

Pickett can provide ABGPS geodetic quality data with our aerial photographic surveys. Installed on board the aircraft and integrated into the camera system is a NovAtel Millenium DL receiver.

Flight / Camera Management Systems

Multiple flight systems are available that are tuned to the application and sensor. Optech’s FMS planner allows for multiple sensor management with a single interface. Track’Air is used for planning, data acquisition and in flight control of film camera systems.

The RIEGL VZ-400 is a very compact and lightweight surveying instrument, mountable in any orientation and even under limited space conditions.

Unmanned Surface Vessel (USV)

Pickett is currently designing and testing an operational unmanned watercraft prototype to be an affordable, lightweight, easily deployed, highly maneuverable unmanned surface vessel.

Data Fusion

The ability and experience to combine and merge data from multiple technologies affords our clients the most accurate, economical and expeditious approach to their projects. On a regular basis Pickett combines the acquisition of ground survey, multibeam hydrographic data, and aerial LiDAR and digital imagery, and merges the separate products from these technologies to produce one overall comprehensive map.

Trimble R10 GNSS System

With the Trimble R10, survey previously inaccessible points, reduce occupation time and record faster and safer measurements than ever before. New firmware gives automatic compensation for up to 15 degrees of pole tilt and RTK level precision anywhere.

Trimble S-6 Total Station

The Trimble® 5600 Direct Reflex (DR) Total Station gives you access to the best and most productive measuring methods available for every measuring situation. Direct Reflex (DR) technology from Trimble enables measurement without a prism even to exceptional distances. Hard-to-reach or unsafe targets are no obstacle for the Trimble 5600. Measure quickly and safely without compromising accuracy.
